Everything you need to know about BiKlik
BiKlik doesn’t compete with your existing frames — it creates a new category in your store. Instead of selling another frame, you’re selling a concept: one frame with the ability to refresh the look. This gives customers a reason to return even after they’ve already purchased glasses.
Many customers don't necessarily want another pair — they want a new look. With BiKlik, they purchase one high-quality everyday base frame and then add colorful clips depending on season, outfit, or mood. It's an easier and more budget-friendly decision than buying a completely new pair.
You earn margin on both the base frame and every additional clip. The beauty is that clips generate repeat sales without requiring eye exams or lab work. It's a low-cost product with high perceived value.
On the contrary — it can function as an upsell. A customer purchasing a premium frame can be offered a "style bundle" with additional clips. In other cases, it provides a solution for customers who wouldn't close on a higher-priced frame — helping you avoid losing the sale entirely.
The system is designed to be compact. Six base frames plus a small clip display create strong visual presence without dominating shelf space. It's attention-grabbing, so even a small footprint generates movement.
The presentation of BiKlik is a big part of what makes the concept work in-store. A full display creates a stronger visual impact and helps customers immediately understand the variety and versatility of the system. When the display looks full, organized, and colorful, it has a stronger “wow effect” and invites customers to engage. For that reason, if a few frames or clips are sold, it’s important to replenish the display so the concept continues to stand out.
Seasonal clips, new colors, limited collections. Once a customer owns the base frame, they have a reason to return every few months to refresh their look. It creates a “brand within your store” and builds customer loyalty.
We recommend starting with a measured display quantity. The model is designed to be low-risk — allowing you to test real customer response without heavy inventory investment. The goal is to build together, not overload stock.
BiKlik appeals to a wide age range — from 18 and up. It’s not really about age; it’s about attitude. Anyone with a youthful spirit who enjoys style, color, and the flexibility to create multiple looks from one frame can connect with the concept. It offers endless exciting variations.
The personalization and modular fashion trend is very strong. Consumers enjoy changing their look without replacing everything. We're seeing strong engagement when the concept is properly displayed at the point of sale.
In terms of how to present it in-store, what we’re seeing works best is:
- Position it as: “one frame, multiple looks”
- Let customers physically try switching clips — this is usually the “wow moment”
- Offer a bundle (frame + 2–3 clips) as the starting point
- Keep the display full and visually rich — this really helps attract attention
We’ve found that the following combinations and bundle structures work very well for our partner stores.
Some stores are using the following bundle options:
- Base frame + sun clip
- Base frame + 3 clips
In general, we recommend bundling at least one clip with the base frame so the customer can immediately experience the concept and the added value of having multiple looks.

Yes. The customer installs prescription lenses in the base frame just like any other frame. The clip is purely an external design element and does not affect the prescription.
No special limitations. The frame supports single vision, reading, multifocal, and coated lenses — like any standard TR90 frame.
No. The clip sits externally and does not alter lens structure or cutting height. There is no interference with multifocal or high prescriptions.
Yes. If needed, reading lenses can be installed in a clip. For example, a customer with distance or sun lenses in the base frame can add a reading clip instead of choosing multifocal.
