Upload the patient’s prescription as a PNG, JPG or PDF, or enter the right-eye (OD) and left-eye (OS) values manually. Include SPH, CYL, AXIS and ADD where applicable.
Pupillary Distance (PD): Enter a single PD value or separate right and left values using the options in the form.
Fitting Height (FH): For designs that require it, provide the patient’s measured fitting height for each eye in the selected frame. The manual-entry fields allow 10–40 mm in 1 mm steps. This measurement is separate from the lens design’s FH option selected above.
